Starting January 1, 2025, Missouri Revised Statutes §610.140 will allow the expungement of up to two felony records and three misdemeanor records in a lifetime.If your offenses exceed the limit, choose the offense to expunge based on what’s causing the most problems in your life.If you have had a prior expungement for the following offenses driving under the influence (DUI), criminal nonsupport, or minor in possession, they likely do NOT fall under §610.140 and should not impact your lifetime limit.
